Mark Dooley is a litigator practicing primarily in employment law. Mark has served as in-house counsel for multi-national and Fortune 500 companies where he advised on employment issues, contract disputes, and appeared in litigation and administrative hearings. Using this insight into companies’ inner workings, Mark now represents individuals in their disputes with their employers in his of counsel role with an established area law firm. In partnership with clients, Mark formulates a tailored plan to meet each individual’s specific goals. There is no one-size-fits-all legal solution. Mark’s representation is client-goal oriented above all else. Once clients identify where they want to take their case, Mark navigates the most efficient path forward.   

 

Mark received his law degree from Marquette University Law School, and then he returned to his roots in Minnesota. Mark currently lives in suburban Minneapolis with his family where he spends his free time keeping up with his children and exploring every hiking trail and bike path they can find.
